Finished polishing the primary and clutch cover. Tedious work but satisfying and I saved some bucks doing it myself. Next up is the cam cover.

Scar removal
I decided to try to file down an old scar on my motor's clutch cover. The bike was laid down when a lady in a cage cut off my younger brother several years ago in Old Town San Diego. A Harbor Freight file and some elbow grease does the trick. I need to do more sanding and need to work up to 600 grit then polish on a buffing wheel and it will look like new!
