Well, I decided to give this back to Oscar. I didn't think it would be right to hack up a nice big twin oil tank. I decided to order an oil tank kit from Bung King and weld it up myself. The last oil tank I made worked great so I figured I'd build another one with the help of a kit.

Fork Tubes Rebuilt

Finally rebuilt my fork tubes with fresh seals and fork oil. I also lowered them by cutting the springs and adding PVC tubing to the rebound springs. I think they look good. Pondering fork boots.

Mount fabbing

My dad gave me some square solid stock for a sissy bar. I made this fender mount that will be welded to the sissy bar. Getting the details out of the way.

Installed the motor. Now I can mock up some exhaust pipes. Slowly moving forward with this bike. I'm trying not to rush becuase my intent is to build it better then it was when I first chopped it.

Chopped the stock motor mount to make it more appealing to eye. Going to relocate the coil to the rear seat post and fab a choke mount that will be mounted to the carb's top cover.
