Finised legs

Finished sanding and polishing the legs finally. I'm happy with them. Now to order some RaceTech springs, new seals, and fork oil!

Bugeye and CV carb adapter

I picked up this simple but cool looking Bugeye Air Cleaner at the Long Beach Swap meet last month. I'm running the stock CV carb that came with my Sportster. The A/C is drilled for a bendix carb. I kindly asked my freind DJ, from the great state of Washington, to see if he could machine an adapter for the A/C.

Bars Gratis

My boss gave me these at work yesterday. I wasn't about to turn down free parts. They're in great shape too! I'm going to mock them up and see how they look on my build.

Ironhead Tokyo, Japan

This is a chopper! The Japanese get it. Harley Davidson Ironhead. Perfect.

Leg polishing

Working on polishing the lower fork legs. Here's the right leg all shined up next to the left leg that I'm working on now. Hours of wet sanding to get them smooth, then a buffing wheel and some Mother's Polish.
